At The House of Couture, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible. Every order is prepared with care, and we appreciate your patience while we package your new favorites.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• During new arrivals, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (where applicable)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. The House of Couture is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, we're happy to help however we can.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations will appear during checkout.
